RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental
Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [date] between:

  1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The Lessor
rents to the Lessee the following item:

  • Item: (Booking Information)
  • Brand / Model: (Booking Information)
  • Serial number / internal ID: (Booking Information)
  • Replacement value (new): 300 Euros

Ownership of
the stroller remains with the Lessor at all times.

  1. RENTAL PERIOD

The rental
period starts on (Booking Information)
and ends on (Booking Information)

The item
must be returned no later than the end of the rental period unless
otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. RENTAL FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

The Lessor
is entitled to deduct from the deposit any amount necessary to cover:

  • damage,
  • missing parts,
  • excessive cleaning,
  • late return,
  • loss or theft.
  1. CONDITION OF THE RENTAL ITEM

The Lessee
confirms that:

  • the rental item was received in
    good, clean, and fully functional condition,
  • existing wear or damage is
    documented at handover.

Normal wear
from proper use does not qualify as damage.

  1. PROPER USE

The rental item
shall be used:

  • only for its intended purpose,
  • with due care and attention,
  • in accordance with manufacturer
    instructions.

The
following are strictly prohibited:

  • misuse or negligent use,
  • transport on vehicle roof or
    exterior,
  • exposure to water or extreme
    conditions.
  1. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT

The Lessee
is fully liable for any damage, loss or theft of the stroller during the
rental period.

In case of:

  • loss, theft, or failure to
    return the rental item    ,
    the Lessee shall pay the full replacement value stated in Section
    1.

Failure to
return the rental item without lawful reason may constitute misappropriation
(embezzlement) under applicable criminal law.

  1. LATE RETURN

Late return
is subject to a fee of [20 euros] per day, without prejudice to further
legal claims.

  1. IDENTIFICATION

The Lessee’s
identity was verified at handover.
No copy of identity documents is retained.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This
Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary.

  1. Electronic Acceptance

By checking the box below and typing my full name, I confirm that I have
read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Rental Agreement and the
Privacy Policy.

This electronic acceptance constitutes a legally
binding agreement.
